03 Age Verification

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on lodi365 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your location and account status.

Lodi365 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are typically credited to your lodi365 balance within minutes for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer timelines depend on the processing schedule of your financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that the player has previously used to make a deposit on their lodi365 account, or through a method verified during the identity verification process. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and protect all lodi365 players.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed by lodi365 within one business hour for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's standard processing times, which may take up to two business days.

Lodi365 reserves the right to conduct a security review before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or accounts flagged for unusual activity. 05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on lodi365 are subject to the specific rules published for each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. General betting rules applicable across all lodi365 sports and gaming products are as follows:

  • Bets are final once confirmed. Lodi365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances explicitly covered by our void bet policy.
  • Lodi365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened, priced, or settled in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance in full.

  • Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are published within the relevant market and may vary depending on the event and the player's account tier.
  • Lodi365 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size available to any individual player at its discretion, including but not limited to players who consistently place bets that match or exceed the published maximum.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Lodi365 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which include applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus terms applicable across all lodi365 promotions:

  • Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings generated from them become withdrawable.
  • Real-money funds in your lodi365 balance are always wagered first. Bonus funds are only used after the real-money balance reaches zero, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
  • Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being suspended and bonuses being forfeited.

  • Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account review.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lodi365. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tools to interact with lodi365 games, betting markets, or payment systems.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to card games, live casino, and peer-to-peer betting markets.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or using lodi365 to conduct any financial activity that is illegal under Philippine law.
  • Providing false or misleading information during account registration, identity verification, or any communication with lodi365 support.
  • Accessing lodi365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law and where lodi365 has not been authorised to operate.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerability in the lodi365 platform, its payment systems, or any connected infrastructure.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, circumvent restrictions, or obscure the identity of the account holder.
  • Facilitating or encouraging the participation of persons under 18 years of age on the lodi365 platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Lodi365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion.
